Cathy began working with KinderCare in 2002 as a Toddler teacher and also working with older children when needed. She then became a Program Specialist from 2005 to 2008, and worked with teachers in their classrooms. After that, Cathy became a Assistant Director in 2008 and worked closely with parents and staff.
